Celebrate Valentine’s Day the SWEET way with the Portage Chocolate Tour. Explore Portage - one sweet stop at a time happening Friday, February 14!
Grab your ticket and you will visit participating Chamber member businesses across Portage, to enjoy a chocolate treat at each stop, and get your chocolate punch card stamped along the way.
From rich dark chocolate and creamy milk chocolate to fun creative treats, every stop will offer something delicious to sample. Each business will be providing you a chocolate treat that they picked out just for you!
Many participating businesses will also be offering Valentine’s and Galentine’s Day specials, making this the perfect day to shop, dine, and treat yourself—whether you’re coming with a partner, friends, or your favorite gal pals.

- In person tickets can be purchased by cash or check at the Chamber office, The Mercantile or Main Street Consignment
- Chocolate sample at each stop (provided by the business)
- Event runs 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 18 different chocolate samples
- All guests on the Chocolate Tour will receive a gift bag to collect your chocolates provided by Portage State Bank.

Edgewater Home & Garden is offering an Ecuadorian chocolate sample. This is a new chocolate line they are launching and today a representative from the chocolate company will be onsite to share the samples.

Sweet Sanctuary Services will have Chocolate covered dried apricots with pistachio topping. Plus, Kasey will be offering some specials on services that day to include: offering 15% off in store products; a special self-love reiki session, 30 min for $30 to book on a later date; 10% off any organizing sessions during the Chocolate Tour

Portage Center for the Arts will be offering a Guth's Chocolate sample with a fun activity where you can 'pour your heart out' on the stage. It will be an Open Mic style, with a screening on an old silent movie in the background. Guests can go on stage and share poetry, perform a little jig, or something else they love. There will be books on stage that have quotes, songs, lyrics, poetry and guests can read or sing from.

Main Street Consignment is offering cupcakes that are Red Velvet w/Cream Cheese Frosting or White Chocolate w/Raspberry. Plus, Amberly is offering 14% off storewide purchases for this day

Portage Elks Lodge #657 is working together with the Fort Winnebago Surgeons Quarters and they will all be at the Elks Lodge offering coffee and chocolate biscotti

DeWitt Street Nutrition is working with River Haven Homeless Shelter and you will get 2 samples here at DeWitt Street Nutrition. Chocolate covered protein bites from DeWitt Street Nutrition and River Haven Homeless Shelter will be providing guests with a Chocolate Fountain that you can dip fruit and other goodies with chocolate.
